| | Frequently Asked Questions PostageWhy does postage take so long? We have to wait for payments to be cleared via Worldpay our third party payment provider before sending items off and in order to keep our postage costs down at £3.99 we have to send via Royal Mail or Parcelforce. We can not also include weekends in our delivery timings as limited deliveries are carried out on Saturday and non on Sunday.Order confirmationWhy do I not receive a confirmation of the order and should I be worried if this happens? If you pay via Paypal this payment method does not send out a automated confirmation other than a receipt and if you pay via Worldpay you should receive a confirmation but if you don't please don't be worried ALL orders are automatically logged on our system.Overseas postageWhy do you not post to Europe or abroad? We can not send items due to postal charges ,which recently meant it would cost more on many occasions for posting something than the actual items value. If you are happy to pay the going rate for postage then we can make the exception. For example a customer in British Columbia, Canada paid the postage cost of £65.00 'Signature Overseas postage' recently for a number of items from us.Response times- emails and callsWhy are you sometimes slow at responding too emails and calls made? We try to answer all emails and calls but the amount of call/email volume and numbers of staff in our office means this is not always possible but we do apologise if this has happened to yourself.Worried about your order? If I am worried about my order what should I do?
